Yo, What's Up?

So, stating the obvious, it's been a long time.  I decided a bit after I stopped writing the blog that side businesses would have to wait until I retire,  or at least until my regular job slows down.  I'm a teacher.  So, yeah retirement.  However, I've been spinning and knitting and felting as usual.  Generally in binges which accompany Netflix or Amazon viewing.  Recently I finished  "Hell on Wheels" which was terrific. I recommend.  Now I'm lost and need something new to binge what that is acceptable viewing for a 14 year old.  Suggestions in comments appreciated!

I've also been heartily involved in our current political state.  And, while I won't bore you with my political views, suffice it to say that I won't be felting any orange comb-overs any time soon.  I just keep making phone calls to give my opinion on things, in the hope it will help.  'Murica, right?  And, my Facebook friends keep posting suggestions that some friends post too many political things, but I know that CAN'T mean me.  No way.  If so, I figure that's what the "Hide" button is for.  Used it myself on occasion.

So why write now?  Why not?  My class is working on an opinion blog post writing assignment, so it seemed timely.

Lately I've been doing a good bit of needle felting for Christmas gifts.  You can see some of my recent makes here:

And, the most ambitious project was a handspun hand knit felted purse.  But pics of that will have to wait because the person receiving it hasn't seen it.  Don't want to spoil the surprise.

So, that's it!  What should I binge watch for my next spin?
